    The main idea behind Reiki is that there is a universal source energy that permeates through all life, known as a life force.

    When your life force is depleted or blocked, you are more likely to become ill, but if it is high and free-flowing, you experience more health and vitality.

    Reiki practitioners are trained to channel and direct universal life force energy with the intention of clearing the body’s main energy centers and enhancing the body’s innate healing ability.

    Reiki promotes healing on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

  • Remote Reiki

    Remote reiki treatments are just as effective as in-person sessions and are perfect for those wanting reiki in the comfort of their home.

    Sessions provide insight into the health of each chakra and removal of energetic blockages to help you feel more rested, peaceful and grounded.

    Once the session has ended, there will be some time to check-in, ask questions, and relay any information discovered.

    An optional email will be sent to you with suggested energy work and self-care practices.

    After a session, most will feel a deep sense of relaxation, peace and overall well-being.

  • Intentions are recommended before each session. Some will see results immediately. Others may take many sessions to undo traumas, emotional issues, or chronic illnesses.

    A series of 3 sessions is generally recommended for the first time, however many benefit from continuous sessions.

    Reiki is known to provide positive life long changes as long as you commit to your healing.

  • Drink plenty of water, eat a nourishing meal, get plenty of sleep, journal, meditate, go for a walk, take a sea salt bath, or anything that you consider self-care until the body completes the cleansing cycle.

    Take notice of subtle changes within the next few days and weeks following a session.
